- Place the candles on a flat and non-flammable surface.
- Always keep candles away from all other flammable products and away from the reach of young children and pets.
- If possible, place the candle in the candle holder.
- Keep wick(s) trimmed at least ¼ inch to prevent uneven burning.
- Don't leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep a candle's burn pool clear of debris as it can catch alight or cause flaring.
- Do not try to move a candle when it is burning.
- When the wick has burnt down to ¼ inch from the base, it should be extinguished and discarded.
- Don't use the candle if the jar has been damaged or there is a visual crack in the glass.
