l'Oro di Gragnano Fusili is a unique pasta, for its aroma, taste, texture. Tasting it you will discover the scent and taste of the best Italian durum wheat and an exceptional cooking hold, the result of the selection of the best raw material and an artisan process, slow and accurate in every detail. This gold in color pasta owes its name to the ancient production method. Only the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from the first extraction is used (only the heart of the wheat grain), combined with water from the millennial spring in Gragnano and traditionally processed in the bronze process. This unique pasta is completed by a slow and gentle drying at low temperature, which gives the characteristic taste, color, and roughness of the surface.
