Furoshiki Wrapping Cloth Daruma Dolls on Gold Motif Japanese Fabric 50cm

This furoshiki can be used s a wrapping cloth, as room decor, in fabric projects, etc. The weave has a textured finish. It features a daruma dolls motif on a gold base. The two kanji characters in the rising sun are pronounced 'kai-un' and stand for good fortune. Other auspicious kanji and symbols abound. The large daruma doll on the left features kanji for good luck, followed by one with the character for money, and one with the character for longevity. There are lucky symbols such as pine trees and cranes, along with cherry blossoms and Mt. Fuji. The bottom features a traditional repeat wave pattern called seigaiha.
