Lapsang Souchong, also known as Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, the oldest black tea in the world. However, it differs greatly from Smoky Lapsang Souchong black tea, our lapsang souchong black tea is non-smoky flavor.
Our lapsang souchong tea's raw material growing semi-wild in the original birthplace of black tea - the Wuyi mountains, the tea bushes enjoy year-round rich forests, heavy mist and the freshest mountain water.
And it was harvested and processed almost entirely by hand in Wuyishan.
This black tea is not smoky at all, but instead possesses a unique sweetness and depth of flavor like no other.
Many people drink black tea for alertness and energy. There is good scientific evidence to show this works. Black tea contains caffeine. It also contains a little bit of a stimulating substance called theophylline. Both can speed up your heart rate and make you feel more alert.
How to brew the premium black loose tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp lychee black tea, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 3-5 minutes before serving.
