You can add 1/2 a teaspoon of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water & let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix with honey for a sweeter flavor. Since you get a whole pound of it at a time, youll be able to make around 1,245 cups of tea with a single purchase! Our Senna leaves are 100% Kosher certified and non-irradiated.
