Botanical Name: Allium sativa L. Suggested Uses: Substitute 3/4 tsp of minced garlic for each fresh garlic clove required by your recipe. May add directly to food or rehydrate by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes. Product Notes: A convenient form of dried garlic that can be added directly to liquids or rehydrated.
