A lot can happen between Thursday and Saturday. Just another day. But what a day. A day that shows a lighter side to life in the ’hood and brought multitalented Ice Cube to a wider audience. The fun kicks off in Friday Director’s Cut (Disc 1) when Craig (Cube) and Smokey (Chris Tucker) must come up with $200 they owe a bully or there won’t be a Saturday. Craig is a marked man when Next Friday (Disc 2/Side A) rolls around, so he moves in with family at a place that might be more dangerous: the ’burbs. Friday After Next (Disc 2/Side B) brings holiday time…but a sleazy Santa robs Craig of his loot. Chill with Cube and friends!
