LOw-FRIction (LOFRI) do-it-yourself (DIY) high-tech glue-on soles can be attached to the existing soles of dance shoes, street shoes, and sneakers, to reduce friction on sticky dance floors. Shoes outfitted with LOFRI-DIY soles allow dancers to pivot and slide with ease on sticky indoor dance floors without the dreaded effect of "torquing" their knees. LOFRI-DIY is not meant to be used on studio-quality, well maintained wood dance floors, for which conventional suede soles are the most suitable solution. LOFRI-DIY is shipped with one tube of fast-acting, super-strong Super Glue Gel. This superior glue allows users to glue LOFRI-DIY components to fitness shoes and even to running shoes with aggressive sole profiles, to which the self-adhesive backing of our "peel-and-stick" sister product, LOFRI-04, doesn't adhere well. The included Super Glue Gel is easy to use and creates an excellent bond between LOFRI-DIY components and rubber soles. Indeed, Super Glue Gel is so strong that LOFRI-DIY components cannot be removed again once they are glued on. In contrast, the less strong "peel-and-stick" adhesive backing of LOFRI-04 allows removal of those components without damaging the shoes.
