Our Panama Boquete Lerida Estate coffee has distinctive acidity and a sweet, well-rounded flavor. The sweetness originates from a brown sugar tasting note at the start, with hints of nutty butter pecan and a citrusy tangerine finish. The Lerida Estate is located on the slopes of the Baru Volcano in the Boquete Province of Panama. The 55 acre farm is nestled in the Valley of the Moon, in the northern region of the country. Plentiful rainfall and hot sun make Panama an amazing location for coffee farming.

The Fresh Roasted Coffee process begins at the source. We chose our coffees carefully and with consideration of origin, flavor profile, and quality. Our goal is to deliver exceptional coffee that is approachable by everyone from the casual coffee drinker to the connoisseur.
To make sure that our children are able to enjoy coffee as much as we are, we've reduced our carbon footprint through environmentally-friendly roasting techniques and equipment and we produce only recyclable/compostable coffee pods.
Coffee Storage
Coffee has four age old enemies; heat, light, air and moisture. Storing coffee in conditions that expose it to these elements will allow for the coffee to lose its flavor rapidly.
Fresh Roasted Coffee pods are nitrogen-flushed but should be kept in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
