Directed by Steve Tehut-Nine McAlpin who was also the principal writer of the script, FOREIGN is an enjoyable DVD movie about a Jamaican immigrant's new life in New York. We follow him in his rustic uncooth manner to a fully acclimated New Yorker, who gets caught up in an illicit money making scheme. It is a comical story of misguided passions, love, choices and their bitter-sweet consequences.
