Flying Horse 2-Stroke Motorized Bicycle Complete Clutch Bevel Wheel Assembly – Gas Bike Complete Clutch Replacement

Clutch Bevel Wheel  Part #8 (clutch pads) and 9 (bevel wheel) on the Clutch Diagram The 2 stroke clutch bevel wheel comes as a ready-to-install piece. It includes the clutch base, bearings, large seal loop, spring gasket PI-14, fixed pins, and clutch pads pressed and ready to install on your 2-stroke gas powered bicycle engine . The clutch bevel wheel can be exposed by removing the gear case cover,  Phillips locking screw, clutch wheel nut, clutch cover and M14x1 nut. To remove the large bevel wheel, it is strongly recommended to take it to a mechanic that can pull that gear. However, some people have found that it can be removed by prying it off in small amounts evenly clockwise around the gear.  The clutch bevel wheel must be pressed back on. Another option that has worked for people is to lay a piece of 4x4 to distribute weight evenly and use a rubber mallet and tap it back on.   Package includes Clutch Large Bevel Wheel with pressed on base, bearings, gasket, fixed pins, large seal loop and pads.
