The material used is EVA foam which does not absorb water and is highly durable. It's also very easy to use. Just slip your hand into the paddle and grip the handle and you're ready to swim. To use it as a kickboard, hold your arms out in front of you and kick with your feet to glide through the water.

To choose the right size, lay your hand on a flat surface, then place a measuring tape or ruler over your hand.
