Featuring a heavy-duty carbon steel construction, our wok disperses even and quicker heat compared with other material - cast iron, non-stick, stainless steel, ceramic coated, anodized aluminium for a genuine wok hei flavour. Each wok is hammered by hand and shipped with a protected coating of oil. Once washed & reseasoned with oil your wok is ready to use. It will improve with age & use, developing a beautiful, black, non-stick patina and add authentic flavour to your cooking.
