This set includes a sturdy cast aluminum cap-style stationary truck with metal pulley. The truck has three stainless steel inset screws for tightening onto pole. Trucks are sized by the maximum outside diameter of the flagpole (i.e., the 2" truck is only 2" on the inside). Truck is made in the USA. The gold anodized ball ornament has 1/2"-13NC rod. Sizing is the ball diameter and is imported. Picture is of a 2" truck + 3" silver ball - finishes may vary
