Fireman at Cross Sign made out of Rusted Steel

This is a sign with the image of a fireman kneeling at a cross. A childhood friend of mine from Big Bear, California asked me to make this at about the same time that a firefighter's wife in Prescott, Arizona commissioned a similar request. It is made entirely of one piece of 18 gauge rusted steel with three coats of protective clear to keep the rust in pristine condition and so that it does not rub off on your fingers when handled. This is REAL rusted steel, and as such, has slight variances in color and textural patterns, adding to its enigmatic and unique character.
