'Perle von Nurnberg', a hybrid cross of echeveria gibbiflora and echeveria elegans is a classic rosette succulent with pink and purple tones. In lower light and shade this echeveria will/can turn a blue to blue/green, sometimes a gray-pink. If given the room and adequate growing conditions, the pink perle can grow to be 5 to 6 inches in diameter.. This live plant does best in bright natural light or under a grow light and similar to most colorful succulents, the more light this echeveria gets, the brighter the color will be. We suggest using a well draining cactus and succulent soil mix and pots with excellent drainage. Hardy to 40 degrees F this pink echeveria will do best in bright natural light, indoors or outdoors. Extreme heat or cold temperatures can be tolerated but are not recommended. Plant should be moved indoors or covered from frost. Fertilize in spring and summer months and be mindful of over watering. Best rule of thumb with succulents is to only water when the soil is dry. This pink rosette succulent plant can be propagated by leaf or cutting and is easily infected with the dreaded mealey bug.
