In this primetime special, Rudy and his new friend Devray spend Halloween playing practical jokes on the elderly. The Cosby kids take aim on many people in the neighborhood including Searchlight Johnson and Mudfoot Brown. While attempting their Halloween mischief, the kids get the ultimate scare from the lady who lives in the spooky house by the graveyard.
