Simply coat the interior textured surface with vegetable oil, butter or margarine before adding pizza dough then bake according to recipe. Allow to cool down before removing food from the pan. Metal, wood and plastic cooking utensils can be used without damaging the non-stick surface, however sharp-edged knives or forks are not recommended. Minor scratches will not affect the non-stick performance. Do not use over direct flame or leave empty over hot burner as this will cause damage or discoloration. To clean, allow pan to cool gradually. Do not pour cold water onto the hot pan as it may warp. Wash in warm, soapy water or place in the dishwasher.
