This is an Ever flow Supplies Flush bushing fitting with ftg to sweat ends. It is soldered into an other fitting with a corresponding 1 inch sweat connection to reduce the nominal diameter of the Copper pipe that is being used to 3/4". the use of a flushing bushing avoids the need of using extra pipe and a reducing fitting. The reduced outer diameter of the Copper pipe which is used with this fitting is 7/8".
