We blend our 100% Pure Kona Coffee with our hand selected single estate Certified Organic Arabica Coffee (Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance Coffee). Why do we blend? Because very often Kona Coffee alone is just too mild and mellow and the careful addition of an outstanding coffee from a premium coffee growing region adds the balance needed to produce a full-bodied, yet smooth, flavor profile. Our Master Roaster roasts in very small batches and watches to make sure that just the right level of Medium Roast is achieved.
