In late March of 1984, a moving company secretly packed up the Baltimore Colts’ belongings and its fleet of vans snuck off in the darkness of the early morning, leaving a city of deeply devoted fans in shock and disbelief. More than most NFL teams, the Colts were an integral part of the city, and fans struggled to cope with losing the team they loved. Academy Award-winning filmmaker Barry Levinson (Rain Man, The Natural), himself a long-standing Baltimore Colts’ fanatic, probes the changing relationship of sports to community and tells the story of the city’s loss through the eyes of the Baltimore Colt’s Marching Band. For the 12 years that the city was without an NFL team, the band continued to play, acting as musical ambassadors for the city, keeping football alive until the NFL returned. Bonus features include Robert Irsay's controversial press conference, the Baltimore Colts fight song, interviews & director's statements
