The Metallic Liquid Eye Shadow is formulated Gluten Free. How To Use: Apply the Metallic Liquid Shadows to eyelid or under eyelid. Use product applicator, a flat brush, or a finger to apply liquid shadow to lid. Use a dabbing/tapping motion with a brush or finger after application for the most concentrated look. Avoid getting directly in eye.
