Raw, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and Kosher. Raw cacao powder contains high amounts of magnesium and antioxidants-more that red wine, blueberries or green tea. It promotes cardiovascular health and protects the body from environmental and metabolic toxins (free radicals). Cacao powder also increases the amount of "feel good" chemicals produced in the brain-promoting a heightened sense of well-being. Q: What if the macaroons seem too hard?
