The professional wok pan with lid is suitable for various cooking tasks including stir-frying, searing meat, deep-frying, boiling, and steaming.
Daily Use and Maintenance Tips:
1. Our wok pan has been pre-seasoned before it leaves the factory, which help you avoid complicated steps.
2. In the first week of use, please wash and dry this woks & stir-fry pans after cooking, and then coat it with a layer of cooking oil for the purpose of forming a natural protective layer of oil film on the surface of the wok, which is more conducive to cooking.
3. The carbon steel wok is not a storage container. Do not store corrosive substances such as food soup, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and other corrosive substances in the pot for a long time.
4. Please wash the wok by hand with mild soap. Do not wash in the dishwasher, and do not use stainless steel sponges.
5. Dry the water and store the wok pan in a dry place after use.
Suitable for Stoves:
The nonstick wok is suitable for induction stoves, gas stoves, and other heat sources.
