Every time a pulse arrives, the high pulse voltage output by the counter Q0-9 moves one bit in turn, and then the corresponding diode lights up. Repeatedly, the LED lights up in turn. L11 is connected to the counting output terminal CO of 4017. When L1-5 is on, the CO terminal of 4017 outputs a high pulse voltage and L11 is on. When L6-10 is on, the CO terminal outputs a low pulse voltage, and L11 is off. L11 can also not be installed, which will not affect the circuit work at all.
