Electric can opener

Operation of the can opener.
Step 1. Place the can opener on top of the can with the edge positioned in the groove between the cutter and the drive wheel.
Step 2. Press and release the button for about a second, then the can opener will start cutting the side of the can.
Step 3. When the cut is complete, immediately press the button to reverse the cutter.
Step 4. Make sure the cutter is reset to the start position and the motor stops. Then lift the can opener off the can.
Note:
1. If the batteries are empty, the can cannot be released by pressing the button. Slide back the battery door and replace 2 AA batteries. The can opener should be cut further. Remember to replace the battery.
2. Cans with heavy seams and uneven edges can block the can opener. When this happens, follow the procedure above to release the can.
3. When the can is stuck, please press the white button on the top of the can opener.
