This is an El Gusto proprietary blend of beans grown in the Western valley of Costa Rica, carefully selected from December to February by the true artisans - the coffee farmers. This coffee combines the sweet flavor and aroma of our finest crops with a medium and balanced acidity and body. Just like all other El Gusto brand whole bean coffee, Dark Roast is shade-grown, hand-picked coffee. It is packed in a triple-layer aluminum bag for lasting freshness. Blended conventional 100% Arabica coffee, SHB - strictly hard bean grade coffee, fully washed process, made from premium quality coffee beans with a humidity around 11 to 12°C before roasted, sun dried.
