?Make a cup of perfect coffee?
1. Fill the Ecuze Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the heating button and wait for about 4 minutes;
2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness with a coffee grinder;
3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into pour over coffee maker;
4. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a slow turning motion;
5. The coffee drips slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee is ready!
Note:
Hard water is water that contains calcium or magnesium mineral ions often in the form of carbonate. These ions do not pose any health threat, but they can engage in reactions that leave insoluble mineral deposits. Hard water mineral deposits, or scaling, is the precipitation of minerals that form limescale.
It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard. ?
How should we descale?
1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar/lemon juice and 2 cups of water/Descaling cleaner.
2. Boil the liquids and leave them for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat as needed.
