Eaton's Jamaican Mild Jerk Seasoning has authentic jerk flavor, but is mild enough for people who like a more milder taste of jerk, also for children to enjoy. Jerk is a delicious traditional style of cooking native to Jamaica. Use 1 or 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Soy sauce may be added to create a marinade for extra flavor and color. For best results rub seasoning into meat and let stand for 1 hour or more prior to cooking. Grill slowly turning often or bake in oven at 300 F.
