Earigant(R)SP is a proprietary fomulation of stable chlorine dioxide complex (approx 120 ppm) in an aqueous base is used in the managements of otitis externa in small animals caused by bacterial and yeast (Malassezia) infections. The product is currently available in a 2 oz (60 ml) plastic squeeze bottles with a  dropper dispenser. The product is used for cleaning, irrigating and direct application in the topical management of otitis. Other ingredients added to the formulation include a surfactant, glycerin and carbamide that assist in cleaning the ear, reduce irritation and promote healing. Directions: For Disinfecting and Cleaning Gently dispense liquid into the ear canal. Massage the ear for 30 seconds. Clean out debris using a tissue or cotton swab. Earigant is water soluable. Apply once or twice a day.
