Adjust the CV-ADJ potentiometer to set the output voltage to the desired voltage according to your battery or LED. 2. Turn CC-ADJ potentiometer clockwise for about 30 turns, set the output current to the minimum, connect the LED, and turn CC-ADJ potentiometer to the current you need. If it is used for battery charging, after the battery is fully discharged, and then connected to the output, adjust CC-ADJ potentiometer to the current you need (the more residual battery power, the lower charging current).
