The compound is a combination of dried moss, peat moss and perlite stone with Duspro’s standard formula. Our moss is selected and classified from natural forests, and mixed by hand, which creates a perfect mixture.
Perlite and peat moss can be used in the mix as a growing medium and has no nutritional value for plants but provides drainage and aeration. Our moss and peat moss can absorb moisture and the perlite will retain moisture and drain water. The forest moss, peat moss and perlite mix has not added any nutrients that carnivorous plants need. One tip is to use rainwater only for carnivorous plants.
