This product is a deep red toasted color. It has a well balanced but complex flavor that tastes mostly of chiles with some sweet yet bitter notes. A key ingredient for chili con carne. Use to provide flavor to shrimp cocktail, tacos, Mexican sauces and tomatoes. Mix into cocktail sauces, stews, barbecue sauces, tomato juice and meatballs.
