How to use:
1. Roll out your dough or pasta into flat.
2. Take out the Dumpling Press / Empanada Press and lay a sheet of dough or pasta under it.
3. Press the 2 in 1 Dumpling Maker and rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise until a perfectly sized round piece of dough is cut.
4. Pick that cut round piece of dough up and place it on top of the Dumpling Mold / Empanada Press.
5. Moisten the edge of the dough with egg yolk or water before closing it.
6. Flip up one side of the empanada maker to seal and crimp the edges, creating a perfect homemade ravioli/ pierogi/ dumpling.
Please Note: For safe closing, add the right amount of your favorite filling according to the size of your dumpling skin maker dumpling moulds.
