1- Measure the widest part of yourprescription frames left to right, this is the "width". Next measurethe height of the lens with frame included.
2- Choose the DUCO frame (below) that isslightly larger in width and height than your frame measurements.
If your frame width is less than 154mm(6.06in) and height is less than 60 mm(2.36in), this model will be suitable foryou.
