There are two types of Guajillo Chili, this is the bigger and milder one, Scoville Heat unit around 2500-3500, which make them less spicy than a Jalapeno. Grown and dried in the norther region of Mexico. One of the holy trinity of peppers, these Guajillo chili are excellent for sauces and rubs.
