This posting is for the awesome slouchy tam you see pictured. The band is 16 1/2 inches around with some stretch room. This band is for a smaller circumference head. The bag is 29 inches wide at its widest point. The hat is 12 inches from band to tip of the hat. This hat can be worn with hair in the bag or outside as shown by our model. Your hat is very cool. All photos shown are of the same hat. Sometimes a variegated yarn will crochet up in to a neat pattern where when worn the hat will have a different stripe pattern on the left and right side. It comes out very cool as you can see. If you would like a hat made for you in a slightly different size or different color Lynda would love to make one for you, but we cannot promise a similar pattern in the stripes. The pattern created is totally by luck. We are at the mercy of the yarn itself. :) However, if you do like the color and would like a different size just contact us and we would love to talk with you and make your own special oversized tam. The tam in this photo is made in the size for older teen through adult (note the band size mentioned above for head circumference reference). We could certainly consider a smaller or larger version if you are interested.
