PREPARATION: ? Using a wire whisk stir the contents of the package into 3 cups (750ml) cold water until smooth. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to thicken. ? Moisten hand and form into 12 dumplings. If desired, place croutons in the center of the dumplings. ? Drop into a large pot of boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat, uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from water. Serve hot.
