Cooking Instructions (15 Servings): You would need: Loaf pan (10" x 4.5"), 2/3 cup of margarine or butter, 3 medium eggs, 0.42 cup of milk, 2 tbsp. hot water. 1. Prepare dough. Grease loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place baking mix, margarine or butter, eggs and add milk in a mixing bowl. In an electric mixer, process briefly from the lowest speed, then at full power for about 3 minutes until smooth. 2. Baking. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread the filing smoothly. Bake on the lower rack of the oven for about 60 minutes. After 15 minutes, cut the center approximately about 1 cm deep, lengthwise in the middle with a sharp knife. 3. Glazing. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes in the loaf pan. Remove from the loaf pan and glaze immediately. Place the glaze mixture in a small bowl and add hot water and stir in a thick cast iron. Glaze the cake with a knife. Let it cool on a cake rack.
