Our DOT approved Peel-N-Stick blue reflective road markers are a great tool for locating hydrants, water-points, and other hard to see items in the dark. The 4 inch by 4 inch reflector is constructed of a hard acrylic for maximum strength and pre-coated with a sticky adhesive for easy bonding with asphalt. The highly visible internal reflector is protected by a rib and fish hook design. Simply peel off the paper backing and place firmly on the road where you would like this permanent marker to stay. Sloped edges on the marker will help this marker stay in place for a long duration of time. This marker can be driven over by most vehicles.
Blue markers are typically used to mark fire hydrant locations. They are placed either in the center line of the roadway or on the edge near the hydrant. They are also used to mark utility company roadside installations, factory and other private roadways and facilities such as designated parking areas and loading/unloading areas.
