This coffee is grown in La Estrella farm at 6,890 ft in the central Colombian Andes using eco-friendly agricultural practices, like the use of tree shade to complement the natural growing processes; and complementary plantations which supply the ground with nitrogen, providing a layer of organic matter that makes chemical fertilization unnecessary.
