Domed Coin Necklace Flying Eagle Commemorative Pendant U.S. 1 Dollar 2000 Sacagawea

This domed coin necklace pendant was made from a U.S. dollar coin dated 2000. The front of the coin features an eagle in-flight. The back of the coin features Sacagawea, a young Shoshone Indian woman, who helped guide the historic Lewis and Clark expedition. I cleaned, drilled, domed, and polished the coin. The manganese-brass coin was oxidized without the use of chemicals, giving a darkened patina which allowed the details of the beautiful image to be enhanced. The circulated dollar coin is 1 inch (26mm) in diameter and in good condition. It is suspended by a sturdy ring from a 24 inch (60.9cm) brass-plated cable chain secured by a lobster clasp. The coin you receive might not be the exact coin pictured, but one created like it. Expect minor differences due to the handmade process.
