Domed Coin Keychain Virginia U.S. Quarter Commemorative Jamestown Ships Key Ring 2000

This quarter coin keychain was made from an authentic U.S State quarter coin. The state of Virginia is represented on a quarter, dated 2000, which honors Jamestown, Virginia, America's first permanent English settlement. The image on the quarter features the three ships, Susan Constant, Godspeed, and Discovery. These ships brought the first English settlers to Jamestown. After I drilled the coin, I cleaned and polished the quarter. The darkened color was achieved by oxidizing the coin without the use of any chemicals. Notice that the coin has been domed to add interest. The circulated, domed quarter is 15/16 inch (24mm) in diameter and in excellent condition. It is wire wrapped with sturdy silver-plated wire from a 1 inch (26mm) diameter metal key ring It hangs 1 1/2 inches (38mm) from a metal key ring. The total length is 2 3/8 inches (60mm).
