Dixon Valve AST10 Aluminum Shank Water Fitting King Combination Nipple with Knurled Wrench Grip 1 NPT Male x 1 Hose ID Barbed

This Dixon AST10 King adapter has a 1" combination hose shank at one end and a 1" male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection on the other. The aluminum construction provides corrosion and abrasion resistance and light weight. The combination shank end of the fitting is intended for use with a single compression clamp (not included) and the NPT end of the fitting has a knurled surface to improve contact with the pipe wrench used to tighten the fitting. This fitting is suitable for low-pressure water discharge and suction service, such as in road construction. Hose fittings connect, control, change the direction of, and terminate the flow in piping and hose systems.
