Dixon BLS617 Brass Hose Fitting Long Shank Coupling 3 4 GHT Male x 3 4 Hose ID Barbed

This Dixon BLS617 water fitting is the male half of a brass long shank coupling for joining two water hoses of the same size. It has a barb for push-on connection to a hose with a 3/4" inside diameter (ID) on one end and a male Garden Hose Thread (GHT) threaded connection on the other end to connect to the female half of the coupler. This fitting is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. The barbed fitting creates a tight seal on flexible and semi-rigid tubing when used with a hose clamp, crimp sleeve, or ferrule (not included). This fitting includes a rubber gasket for high elasticity and resistance to abrasion and impact forces. This long shank coupling set is suitable for water systems.
