This program provides you with all of the training that you will ever need to become a confident dance partner at any social function. You will follow the easy step by step instruction of former UK Pro Ballroom Champions, Simon & Heidi Cruwys, as they guide you through the Rumba, Cha-Cha, Rock & Roll and Samba. After each step by step lesson, a combination routine shows you how to put all of the steps together. In addition, helpful advice is offered, as well as tips for beginners including: proper warm-up, leading, following, holding and how to avoid common mistakes.
