**Damaged Item**
We strive for excellence and carefully package all our toppers to try and ensure that they will not be damaged during shipping. Unfortunately we can't control what happens once the US Postal Service receives it. So if for any reason your item is damaged in any way please contact us through messaging with pictures of the box and the Cake topper and we will gladly get a new one shipped out to you in 1 Business days.
