Step 1-BLOW IT UP
Use a balloon pump to blow balloons up to different sizes-big,medium,little.
STEP 2 - STRING IT
Put balloons knots through the big hole in our plastic balloons chain.
STEP 3 -- HOLE IT IN PLACE
Fixed each end of the balloon arch with tacks or hooks
STEP 4 - HANG IT UP

Balloon knotting machine operation steps
1. Put the knotter on the three fingers of the left hand
2. Pull the balloon mouth from left to right
3. Make a circle around the knotter
4. Pass the mouth of the balloon through the groove to tie a knot
5. Take out the knotter
6. Tension
NOTE:
1. The 10 inch balloon is very suitable for any party decoration. Please do not over-inflate.
