Put all the spice filter bag in the stew pot, add water to have 2 liters in the pot, cook for 1 hour. Season to taste. NOTES: Pho with well-done beef: add more 300gr of beef into the stew pot at the same time as the spice filter bag. Pho with rare beef: put noodles and meat in the bowl. Add cooked Pho soup.
