When finished pressing, release the buckles, take out the inner tub and enjoy the pressed tofu. TIPS for USING: The thickness of tofu block should be LESS than 1 inches considering the capacity of inner tub (middle stainer) and press the four buckles on top lid. OR put some heavy item on top to speed up the extrude process.
